Shield Heal - Takedown Buff - Long (Normal) is a single-use device for use in PvP and Competitive PvE content, both ground and space, that will activate when you kill an enemy (unless it was a Projectile or Carrier Pet). Unlike other devices, they can be used from your inventory, and do not take up a device slot on the ground or on your starship. They can be purchased from the Competitive Wargames Reputation Store or found in Competitive Wargames Equipment Requisition boxes.
