Obtained
Withering Disruptor weapons can drop from the [Terran Task Force Equipment Requisition] crate, or they can be purchased from the Tier I (rifles) or Tier II (pistols and assault) Terran Task Force reputation store for 7,500 . Exception: Compression Pistol is not available from the reputation store.
Modifiers
Rare Withering Disruptor weapons have two modifier suffixes, Very Rare will have three, and Ultra Rare will have four. Epic adds a fifth unique modifier.
Standard Modifiers: Can appear multiple times (e.g. [Dmg]x2, [CrtH]x2, [CritD]x2, etc)
