This Special Requisition Pack provides a set of three unique Very Rare quality Delta Quadrant duty officers. It can be obtained from the Delta Operations Pack, which is available at the Zen Store for 15,000 
or it can be purchased through Arc or Steam. Once acquired, pack becomes unlocked on your account and can freely be claimed via Zen Store "Personnel" tab for all characters.
Character must be at least 
level 11 to claim the duty officers from the Pack (they can be reclaimed when discarded). Officers from the pack are bound and thus they cannot be traded on the exchange.
