Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited or APEPDCL is a state-owned Electricity Distribution company. It is owned by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.[3][4][5]

The present CMD is Immadi Prudhvi Tej, IAS.[6][7][8]

History

The Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Ltd (APEPDCL) was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a Public Limited Company on 31 March, 2000 with headquarters at Visakhapatnam.[9][10]

APEPDCL Network

APEPDCL encompasses in 11 districts in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The districts are Srikakulam, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, East Godavari, Konaseema, Eluru and West Godavari.[11][12][13]
