Fraysexuality
Fraysexuality (also less commonly known as ignotasexual) is the phenomenon of people who are sexually attracted to people they don't know, and the more they know a person, the less they are sexually attracted to them, and is a subsector of grey asexuality.[1][2][3][4]

Characteristics
[edit]Attraction can disappear if an emotional connection develops.[5][6] In a way, the emergence of attraction in fraysexuality is conditioned almost exclusively to unknown people,[7][8][9] even feeling immediate attraction to them,[10][11] or people who they are not attached to.[12][13]
It's often described as the polar opposite of demisexuality.[14][15][4]

The attribution of the term fray as sexuality is credited to Tumblr user edensmachine, an account that has been deactivated, and has existed since at least 2014.[16] The term fraysexual is probably a neologism from fray,[17] which means fighting, which could represent the lack or breaking of affective bonds in people fighting.[18][19]
