Oktyabrskoye (Russian: Октя́брьское) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) and the administrative center of Oktyabrsky District of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia. Population: 3,640 (2010 Census);[1] 3,857 (2002 Census);[4] 3,781 (1989 Soviet census).[5]
