[edit]I heard an older(-sounding?) song today that had the rap verse done by Missy Elliott in this song. There were many more verses with a similar flow, but it definitely had "I eat fillet mignon 'cause I'm nice and young, best believe I'm number one", at the least. I can't find it on the internet. I just wondered if anyone knows / the article should mention it. EgyptianSushi 21:36, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
Homeless Nation
[edit]An alternate "official" remix of "1, 2 Step" features Mexican American singer and rap artist Diamonique along with production and additional vocals by producer Fingazz. Contains a sample of "When I Hear Music" by Debbie Deb. Link to the vinyl is here.
Requested move
[edit]I think that this page should be moved to 1,2 Step. Why? Because this cover shows it like that. The original cover has a space, but the alternate cover was used after the other one. BigTVFan (talk) 02:04, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
- Hi, coming from WP:RM, that doesn't seem like sufficient reason to move the page. Are there any reliable sources that use the suggested title, or do they still have the space? Thanks for any clarification you can provide. Parsecboy (talk) 03:18, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- From what I can see on the cover I provided, there is no space. Big T.V. Fan (talk) 00:25, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
- No, I'm looking for print sources, like a music review from Rolling Stone that has the title without the space, for instance. The album cover could be interpreted either way, what we need are reliable music sources that have it as "1,2 Step". Parsecboy (talk) 01:55, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
