Might the inverse-reverse to the up/down regulation here according to this from other monoamine reuptake obstructors of the tropane class be caused to adherence of the Hebbian rule in this case in spite of and rather than / in contrast to (potential [my postulating of]) violation of it (Hebbian rule) in the case of the others (what I am asking here is whether any shrewd enough may validate if they in-fact do, the other DARI class drugs/molecules/chemicals)? Might there be a mechanism at work giving pre-synaptic qualities to the main strata/plane of affect which we here focus upon prior to the post-synaptic DARI (if indeed it is)?
