Needs sourcing, maybe a rewrite
[edit]This article needs substantial work. Much of it appears to be original research, and it's not clear what, if anything, is sourced. The second paragraph of the lead starts by calling something in the first paragraph "This fiction...", although it isn't clear what. This phrase, and 85% of the rest of the article (per Who Wrote That?) is unchanged from the article creator's last edit in 2005. Mathglot (talk) 20:02, 15 February 2023 (UTC)
- Feels quite important... but I tend to only write things that I'm interested in... but I have been interested in rule of, and access to law of late. Might not be too hard to source / rewrite - should be standard stuff in multiple introductory textbooks all citing the same things. Talpedia (talk) 22:19, 15 February 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message. I can't help too much (hence the request) as I'm busy with French criminal law and its associated glossary. I ended up here from the side door, so to speak, from the French concept of imputabilité (and in particular, of non-imputabilité, which seems to be the more important of the two).
