One of you should read Adrienne Mayor's The Poison King. It even has an index. Tigranes III was only incidentally king of "Armenia." This is the problem with nationalistic projects. Someone please change the photo

The coin depicted on the wikipedia page is a Tigranes II coin, not a Tigranes III coin. I've noticed a lot of coin vendors selling them as Tigran III when they aren't.[1] EpeBah (talk) 23:12, 28 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
