To add players, use:

For disambigation, use (without brackets):

To add a position, use:

For rookies, use:

{{NFLplayer|number|name|rookie=y}}

For players on reserve lists, use:

{{NFLplayer|number|name|position|reserve list key}}

To suppress wikilinking of the player's name, use:
