File:Flag of Fiji (1924).PNG has been superseded by a higher-quality SVG version, so I request that the "colonial" flag variant be changed to File:Flag of Fiji 1924-1970.svg. Alkari (?), 26 April 2013, 06:22 UTC

Fiji has announced that it is to abolish the current flag. Presumably with the introduction of the new one, the current one will get the label "1970". Based on the Flag of Fiji article, | flag alias-1871 = Flag of the United Kingdom of Fiji 1871-1874.svg and | flag alias-1908 = Flag of Fiji 1908-1924.svg should be added. I'd also like to change | flag alias-colonial to |flag alias-1924, but don't know how to check existing links that would break. CMD (talk) 03:40, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Change link alias-naval = Fijian Navy to link alias-naval = Republic of Fiji Navy as it has its own page now. Fijian Navy redirects to Republic of Fiji Military Forces.

To editor Earl of Sutton Coldfield: have added "1924" to this template. Was concerned that if "colonial" were to be omitted, then all instances where it is used would be broken.
