The article is not large enough to warrant a split. A section on this topic already exists in the main article, and the current size of this article (6,616 bytes including markup) does not meet the criteria outlined in WP:SIZESPLIT and WP:SIZERULE. Additionally, the title is misleading, as the ritual in question is actually called Chamayavilakku, which is just one of several events held during the Kottankulangara Festival.
