Combat
Monsters now have slightly varying health.
Player characters will now in some cases be left with half a heart from attacks that would otherwise defeat them.
The forward momentum of attacks is now scaled with the velocity of the player character.
Monsters can now damage each other. Sometimes there might break out between monsters.
Monsters can now alert each other of nearby player characters.
Placement mode
Player characters can now move while in placement mode.
Direction that the placement mode spline pans is now based on whether the player character is picking up an item or dropping an item.
Shops
Shops now restock right away when a shop state is updated. The player no longer needs to go to sleep to get the latest added stock.
Workorders
Workorders now have a visual light beam to indicate that it is active.
Daler can now be awarded for completing workorders.
General player character
Player characters are now invulnerable during cutscenes.
Companions
Companions can now be summoned via a summon interaction on a sleeping companion.
Companions now walk up to the player character when they are ready to evolve.
Evolving a creature is now done via an interaction.
UI
Changing the zoom level of the map can now be done with the scroll wheel.
Island Ratings
The rating for decorating your island now uses a flexible evaluation that takes multiple factors into account to determine a final score
New activity types have been added - Farming, Slaying Monsters, and rebuilding NPC buildings
Crafting
Input items can now be removed from in-progress refining stations
Gardening
Can water sand directly instead of plants
Watering Cans now show a preview for range
🎨 Design
Construction Altars now have a visual beam when they are active.
The game can now be paused in Single Player.
The night no longer lasts forever.
Sleeping sets the time for the start of a new Moonrun.
The Daily Summary Screen has been removed.

🙇 Known Issues We Are Working On
Grass is not rendering properly when farming and placing items on the ground.
The items sometimes could disappear from the screen but they will come back within 3-5 seconds.
Currently the game has significant performance issues on Xbox One, we’re working on it. It plays delightfully on Xbox X | S.
Currently the game has some performance issues on PS4, we’re working on it. It plays delightfully on PS5.
If you purchased the DLC but you are a guest on your friend’s island (who has no DLC), you will see an empty chest. We are fixing this issue. In the future, the player will be able to see the chest with your purchased DLC only on your island.

The Lunar Union Festival Has Begun on Ikonei Island!
Come celebrate the Lunar Union Festival with us and collect exclusive items!
A Lunar Spirit will appear in the Hamlet during the Lunar Union event. It will give a quest that will reward you with Ribbits and beautiful rewards - such as decorations and clothing!
Red envelopes have been scattered around the island. Track them down to receive unique items that are available for a limited time only!
Multiple new items and recipes will be available in the different Shops during the Lunar Event.

Start a Garden Quest
Find the chest objective now completes when the chest is discovered, not when the Hoe is looted from it

Radio Contact Quest
The cutscene can no longer be triggered before Milas is at River Falls and asks the player to place the Radio
A Client triggering the cutscene will no longer take control away from the Host.
The player must now interact with the antenna to play the cutscene
A new objective has been added to the quest, telling the player to interact with the antenna
To complete the quest, the player must now talk to Milas after the cutscene
Sariel's Memory Quest
The Memory Stone is now a Placeable Object.
The player must interact with the Memory Stone to see a memory after the memory has been absorbed by the stone.
The Memory Stone must be given to Sariel when the quest is complete instead of placing it in front of her.
A new Cutscene has been added that shows all the Memory Pieces in the correct order.
When the quest is completed, the player gets to keep the Memory Stone and can use it to watch the entire Memory at any time.
Sariel now has repeating dialogue while the player searches for the memories.
Sariel will now use her repeating dialogue after the quest is completed.
Memory Stone is now dim and unlit by default.
The player can no longer climb chests while bonded with a Longhorn of at least level 2 to get out of bounds.
The Pebbleput Shirt Recipe required the Rough Thread Recipe instead of Rough Thread
