Pickman's Muse

As a TV movie, Pickman's Muse managed to create quite a disturbing atmosphere and a viewer's desire to see those images. However, it is clearly hindered by a lack of funds and solid equipment, as some scenes come across as very cheap. Another snag was the unconvincing supporting characters. Nevertheless, the main actor played quite well. I believe that considering the effort, quality of production, and the script, those two decent stars are adequate. (2023-06-21)
