inglês Look Back — what’s it about, really? Why are its ratings through the roof? Let’s start with the creator. Tatsuki Fujimoto—the same guy behind Chainsaw Man. Ring any bells? If that's not enough for you, here's more: it’s the story of two girls who draw manga. That’s the core premise, but it’s Fujimoto, so of course, it’s not just about that. There’s a lot more packed in—deep themes, powerful moments, and surprising twists, even in a short story within the story, where one of the protagonists dreams up an epic love story with an asteroid finale. It’s got intense emotions, especially in the second half, where it manages to pull you right in. You get a lot of these subtle, unexpected layers, and somehow, it still leaves you with something meaningful to take away. Visually, Look Back has a unique style that stands out from standard anime. The studio put real care into it, with detailed touches in the characters’ rooms and creative camera work and fluid animation that really enhance the experience. Add to that a fantastic soundtrack, including perfectly placed classical music, and it’s no wonder this one earns its high ratings. A solid 9/10. ()
