Games of April 2024 - Powerful Polish Strategy, Korean Eve and Uncompromising Diablo Rival
April is one of those quieter months where you can catch up on games or reach for some indie production. However, this does not mean that there will be nothing to play! Maybe there will be no high-profile premieres, but is that a bad thing?
Table of Contents
I wonder what scores you give April. For me, this month is simply boring, but that's not a bad thing after all! Nonetheless, we cannot deny that there's a lack of high-profile titles that the entire gaming community is waiting for. On the other hand, it's the perfect time to tackle the pile of shame or get acquainted with some smallerproduction that we would normally skip. I can name a few such games myself, and I will probably spend April with my latest discovery from Steam – Slice & Dice.

Post-apocalyptic Australia awaits
We were supposed to play Broken Roads last year, but Drop Bear Bytes decided to postpone the release to April 2024. If the date doesn't change at the last minute, we will soon head to the Australian wilderness to fight for survival. The creators openly talk about being inspired by the Fallout series and Disco Elysium, so it's going to be a great turn-based RPG.
Disco Elysium with kangaroos?
Australia provides an interesting post-apocalyptic setting, in which we can fight for survival with our team. A brutal world will require making difficult decisions. We will resolve conflicts within the framework of turn-based battles, using the skills of the team, or diplomatic talents. However, one must be careful, because the issues raised and our actions affect the moral compass of the hero, which significantly influences the plot.
