1. Charlatan - Visit him and pay for Alchemy or Pickpocketing lessons. Besides that, he can also sell you books about Speech and the treasure map XX.
2. Master Ota - He is a blacksmith. Visit him if you want to raise your Maintenance skill.
3. Sasau Scribe - His house is located in the center of the city. He can sell you an advanced book that can increase your Reading skill. Besides that, he also offers other books.
