First visit to Dondoko Island

1. At the beginning of Chapter 6 - Puppet on a String, you'll be subjected to series of cut-scenes. During one of them, Substory 33 - The Island at Rock Bottom, will be initiated automatically.
2. As part of it, Ichiban will visit a small tropical Dondoko Island, where you'll meet Matayoshi and a few other characters.

How to get back to Honolulu?

1. Dondoko Island can be treated as one large optional activity in Infinite Wealth. The assumptions of this extensive mini-game are exploring the island, removing trash, building a resort that tourists would like to visit, and removing pirates that attempt to thwart your plans.
2. Unfortunately, the game forces you to play an extensive tutorial to this mini-game, and for some time, you won't be able to return to Honolulu to continue with the main story.
3. A series of tutorials will take place, showing you how to, e.g. remove garbage, use a baseball bat, gather resources and make purchases. In addition, you'll receive your first Main Mission objective set, required for the resort to reach 1 star. Fortunately, you can skip these objectives if you want to return to Hawaii as soon as possible.

1. On Dondoko Island, there is a day/night cycle and at the end of each day, you can return to your home to use the calendar, rest, and advance to a new day.
2. Perform your duties for the first two days and go to sleep at the end of each day. You need to reach day 3. When talking to Matayoshi, you'll learn of a friendly dolphin appearing on the southern beach.
3. You can approach the dolphin and interact with it to return to Honolulu.

How to get back to Dondoko Island?

1. After returning to Honolulu, you'll find yourself on south-eastern Aloha Beach. By the shore, you can find Dondoko Island Transport marker.
2. You can interact with the dolphin again and choose to return to the island. The travel is free and can be done at any time.
