However, it is important to notice that defeating the boss doesn’t guarantee the drop on the very first try. Moreover, Fractured Winterglass can be found in World Tier 3 and 4. Obviously, the most powerful, Ancestral, version of the amulet is available only in W4. Of course, if you want to increase your chances of gaining mighty items you may want to challenge a Tormented version of Lord Zir, but it also changes requirements for Ritual of Blood, so instead of 9 Exquisite Blood items, it will require a lot more of them, plus several Stygian Stones. The latter can be found in chests at the end of The Pit dungeon.
