Red Dead Redemption 3 Allegedly in Development; Rockstar's Next Game After GTA 6 (Rumor)
Rockstar Games has allegedly already begun development of Red Dead Redemption 3. At least, that's according to a leaker who shared his revelations on social media.
According to a popular leaker who recently heralded the start of work on the sequel to Hogwarts Legacy, Red Dead Redemption 3 is already said to be developed by Rockstar Games. However, one should be cautious about these revelations and wait for official announcements.
Red Dead Redemption 3 in development (reportedly)
The informant in question is MyTimeToShineHello, who shared his revelations on X. He did not have to wait long for a considerable response from users, which is a good indication of how popular the gunslinger story is.
- Red Dead Redemption 3 will allegedly be Rockstar's next game after GTA VI.
- The new installment of RDR is likely to appear only a few years from now, if the work goes smoothly. It is very possible that the release date can be expected around 2030.
- For now, nothing is known about the game's plot. Fans of the title suspect that it may focus on the origins of the van der Linde gang and the young Arthur Morgan.
It is also worth mentioning that the aforementioned GTA VI may go on sale between April 2024 and March 2025 - such conclusions come to mind after a recent statement by the head of Take-Two Interactive, which Rockstar Games reports to.
Recall also that in August Rockstar released a port of Red Dead Redemption for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, which was a major disappointment for fans of the title, who expected a remaster or remake of the original story.
