STALKER 2 Officially Delayed. We Will Explore Post-Apocalyptic Zone at Year's End
Zone won't open to players of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of the Chornobyl until the end of the year, but before that, we will see a lot of footage from the game.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of the Chornobyl won't be released on September 5th. GSC Game World has announced the postponement of the release of the highly anticipated radioactive game, which will finally debut on PC and XSX/S on November 20. (The information leaked a little earlier, but only now the official announcement has appeared).
As we read in the official statement from the publisher, the additional time is intended to allow the developers to address technical issues (or "anomalies," as they were referred to). This may suggest that the game is almost ready as it is, but it needs additional polishing.
As a consolation, the GSC Game World studio has released a new trailer for the second STALKER. You can watch the trailer below.
Furthermore, the developers have announced a Deep Dive, during which they will discuss in detail S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of the Chornobyl. The first material will be published on August 12 in collaboration with the Xbox brand.
The video will provide new footage from the game, showcasing locations and gameplay demonstrations, in addition to information. The most recent ones feature a video showing a complete playthrough of one of the game's story missions. The devs will also allow us to take a look behind the scenes and examine their work.
