Carlos

Commandant Carlos is the leader of the Inquisitors on the Fog Island. You will find him in the Inquisitors' encampment, atop the hill, in the central part of the map (point 3 on the map), which it is best to reach while completing the side quest: "The Commandant". From Carlos, you can receive a quest to kill five Soul Eaters. Before you set out to search for the monsters, you can use Silver Tongue during the conversation with Carlos, developed to, at least, 90 points. Thanks to this, you will receive 200 gold pieces to prepare for your jour journey with. .

You can reach the dens of the individual soul eaters in any order that you want . The one that is the closest to you is Rakazor (point 2 on the map), which you have probably slain already, while completing the side quest "The Terror of the East" (200 glory points). If you have skipped that quest, I recommend that you now take interest in it.

Fletcher and Hull are standing next to the campfire - Paths to the Afterlife - Side Quests - Fog Island - Risen 3: Titan Lords - Game Guide and Walkthrough
Fletcher and Hull are standing next to the campfire

I recommend that you now go to the North-East of the Inquisitors' camp and locate the campfire with Fletcher and Hull next to it (point 3a on the map). Talk to them and learn about their phobia towards...ducks. They will even ask you to help them kill out the ducks at the nearby stream.

Note - Hull is a trainer.

Note - It is not required to meet up with the Inquisitors, to complete this quest.. However, I recommend that you do not skip that, because by helping Fletcher and Hull out, you will complete a part of another side quest- "The Scattered Soldiers". This also goes for the rest of the Inquisitors that you meet in the future.

GO towards the stream (point 3b on the map) - Paths to the Afterlife - Side Quests - Fog Island - Risen 3: Titan Lords - Game Guide and Walkthrough

GO towards the stream (point 3b on the map). If you want to, you can kill the six Peaceful Ducks, as you were asked, but this is not compulsory. It is much more important to attack the Suspicious Duck, shown in the above screenshot, which turns into soul eater Raxkarok. Quickly, skip back and start the standard fight with the monster, thanks to which you kill it (600 glory points).

You can now return to the Inquisitors (point 3a on the map). Talk to them and give them the news of your having disposed of the soul eater. Fletcher will give 200 gold pieces to you, but only if you have also killed the peaceful ducks (you will also lose a soul point). Also Hull gives 200 gold pieces to you, where you can additionally intimidate him (Intimidate - developed to, at least 40 points) and obtain another 80 gold pieces.

Diaz and Hector are standing next to the ruins

The next spot that is worth visiting is the ruins located in the Eastern part of the island (point 6 on the map). Keep appropriate precautions here, because there are quite a few Skeletons along the path to the ruins and in the ruins themselves. Find two inquisitors- Diaz and Hector in the ruins. Talking to them will reveal that they are in love with the same woman.

Note - You can barter with Diaz and arm-wrestle with Hector (side quest "The Braggart").

Circe, i.e. the camouflaged soul eater - Paths to the Afterlife - Side Quests - Fog Island - Risen 3: Titan Lords - Game Guide and Walkthrough
Circe, i.e. the camouflaged soul eater

The woman that the two are in love with is Circe who is standing nearby (point 3c on the map). Meet up with Circe. Whether you are immune to her courtship or you start flirting with her does not matter right now. In both cases, the mysterious woman asks you to murder both of the men.

You can do everything as Circe asks...

Only now, you need to take an important decision. If you do not mind being a figurehead in a larger game, you can do what Circe asks. You need to kill both of the Inquisitors and you can attack, after you have more conversations with them or take them by surprise. In both cases, you need to keep in mind that Diaz and Hector are quite tough and skillful in melee. For defeating the inquisitors, you receive 200 glory points.

Return to Circe and tell her that you have murdered the Inquisitors (200 glory points). The Nameless One will spend a night with the woman. On the next day, it will turn out, however, that Circe is Soul Eater Xora Rul. What is even more, you will have to take her on without the majority of your gear. In such a situation, it is best to get away and get dresses, while the other party member is fighting the monster.

...or see through her without murdering the Inquisitors

A much better way to complete this quest is to see through the plot by the monster. To do that, start a conversation with the Inquisitors and tell them that Circe wanted you to kill them. Return to the woman, then, confront her and refuse to kill her admirers. Circe will then turn into Xora Rul, BUT you come prepared for that. Eliminate the monster and Diaz and Hector will help you.

Regardless of how you behaved, you need to kill Xora Rul for which you receive 600 glory points. During the fight, you should additionally watch out for the Minions, and leave them for the very end. If Diaz and Hector are still alive, you can meet up with them. From Diaz, you will receive 50 gold pieces, and from Hector 120 gold pieces.

Leave the ruins and go towards the North-Eastern part of the island. Along your path, try to take the way that will allow you to meet up with two more Inquisitors - Domingo and Gonzales (point 3d on the map). From Domingo, you will receive the unique Shadow Fire herb (a permanent bonus to Cunning). As for Gonzales, he will warn you of the presence of another soul eater around. During the conversation with Gonzales you can also lie and convince him that you are a member of the crew. Thanks to this, you will receive Iron Ring.

Note - Gonzales is also a trainer.

The soul eater's den is Westwards, close to the location that you met the Inquisitors in (point 3e on the map). Attack Zrak Xakom and deal with the beast in the customary way (600 glory points). I recommend that you return to the Inquisitors and talk to Gonzales once again, because he will reward you with 200 gold pieces for slaying the monster.

The final soul eater is hiding to the North of where you met up with Nathan (point 3g on the map). Attack Krak al Rah and utilize the same tactic as in the case of the rest of the monsters. For eliminating the monster, you will be rewarded with, as many as, 1600 glory points. Before you leave this location, return to Nathan, and note that one of his companions returned to his previous form. You will be rewarded by Nathan with 200 gold pieces, and after you talk to Nemo, you will receive 100 glory points.

You now only need to return to Carlos (point 3 on the map) and confirm having killed all of the monsters.

Note - Thanks to having killed the monster, you now have the option to train with Nathan.
