The first pages of our guide are comprehensive tips and tricks. They explain the most important combat mechanics (parrying, dodging, various types of attacks), as well as exploration of the environment, collecting unique loot, or permanently increasing Eve's statistics. The following pages of the chapter on basics contain information about difficulty levels and lowering the level of challenge, using camps, or the best skills, gear, and exospines to acquire.
The FAQ section covers many interesting topics. You will learn, e.g. if you can use photo mode, how to save the game and how to turn it off without losing progress, how to unlock fast travel, how to reset skills (respec) and recover skill points, how to heal the heroine and extend her health bar, what are the consequences of death, how to gain XP, how to perform stealth attacks, how to automatically pick up loot from the ground, how to change Eve's hairstyle, if there are maps, how to return to Eidos 7 later in the game, if there are romances, how to fish and how to unlock hidden skills.
A large part of our guide consists of solutions to puzzles, which you can encounter in the main storyline and during free exploration. We explain, e.g. how to open the first gate on Eidos 7, how to lower the water level in the Flooded Commercial Sector, how to solve the crane puzzle, how to activate camps in the Wasteland and the Great Desert, how to descend to the Forbidden Area in the Wasteland, how to solve the mathematical puzzle in Xion or how to solve the Ark's puzzle.
The chapter about boss fights is an essential part of the guide. We provide information about the bosses' locations, their unique attacks, recommended combat tactics, and potential rewards for defeating them.
In the chapter on secrets and collectibles you can find information about many unique types of loot that may be useful in the game. These are primarily the locations of all unlockable outfits for EVE. In addition, we have compiled, e.g. passcodes for opening passages and containers, as well as Body Cores and Beta Cores for permanently increasing selected statistics of the protagonist.
On the last pages of the guide, you will find a trophy guide with tips on unlocking the platinum trophy in Stellar Blade. We also described graphic modes and hardware requirements, accessibility, and how long it takes to complete the game.
Stellar Blade: Tips and tricks
- The game allows you to lower the difficulty level. After encountering an opponent that you can't handle, you can reduce the difficult level in the options and additionally make it easier to, e.g. react to enemy attacks.
- Practice parrying. They are essential for stopping opponents' attacks and avoiding damage. You can practice parrying and all other actions and attacks for free in VR.
- Scan all locations you visit. The scanner is free and can mark not only enemies, but also, e.g. climbing spots, loot, or interactive containers.
- Collect permanent upgrades for EVE. Thanks to them, you can permanently extend her health and energy bars for special attacks, or increase the number of healings.
- Learn to recognize the colors of opponents' attacks. They can be red, yellow, blue or purple, and each of them is dealt with in a different way, for example by dodging or using a specific skill.
