The map you see above shows the eastern part of Velen, especially its northern region. In The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone expansion this territory is slightly bigger and greatly diversified with new main and side quests found on notice boards or obtained during conversations with key characters. In these regions you will also find new enemies (such as boars) with high experience level. The most important places that you will visit very often during the new storyline is Oxenfurt and Brunwich village in the northwestern part of the map.
