Note: You can find the map shortly after reaching the eastern part of the mountain (after climbing up the ladder). Go left and stop where you can jump into the water below. Locate a narrow pathway between the rocks, which is hidden behind the waterfall.

Once you're in the cave, go right. Pick the secret up from a crate (reward: 25 XP).
