Our AI agents can answer questions from your company knowledge base! 🤯🧠 Live TMS integrations have always been at the core of a Happyrobot agent’s available knowledge, allowing for real time informations on loads. But sometimes customers have questions that require broad company knowledge that has been collected in PDF documents, public websites, or help centers. We implemented RAG (retrieval-augmented-generation) to solve this! Not only can our AI agents directly answer questions like “how does your payment process work?”, but we’re already seeing how the ability to query relevant information on company protocol positively impacts the situational awareness of agents in conversation. The combination of live transaction data + company knowledge = highly accurate & context-relevant responses. 🤝 Reach out to see how you can use this update to handle support requests & level up conversations! You record the information once, Happyrobot happily repeats it anytime a customer comes calling. 🤙

I've been waiting for a really long to share this. (My freight broker customers, this is a small present for you - read on) You might have heard from me that our vision at Happyrobot is to unify communications in logistics through AI agents. A platform to build and customize your own reps: carrier sales calls, POD collection, check calls, rate verifications, carrier sourcing... Now, in particular for carrier sales within the freight brokerage side of things, one thing you realize when you start handling a customer's phone system is the sheer amount of "dark capacity" you're capturing. What the heck is that, Pablo, you might ask? Basically, the "intent" of a carrier to book a load. As in, "Hey, I'm carrier ABC Trucking, and I'm interested about this Dallas to Kansas City reefer load you guys have online". Thing is, if I were a carrier sales rep myself, and I get a call from a carrier asking for that load, and they need to pick up earlier but it's a fixed appointment, I wouldn't have time to log down that "intent" into the TMS. (I'm sure there's more diligent folks out there, but let's entertain this for a minute) Now... an AI agent is more diligent than I am. So what if you start gathering all that dark capacity and log it back into the TMS and / or Happyrobot with our AI carrier sales rep... AND you have a tool to seamlessly search for "Dallas to Kansas City" and get a list of all carriers that asked for that lane in the past? 🚛 😎 Introducing Carrier Profiles & Capacity Management: A Game-Changer for Load Coverage! 🚛 😎 Launching today, if you're a freight broker customer of Happyrobot using our Carrier Sales bot, you'll see there's a new tab called "Carriers". Moving forward, all the options that come into your phone system will be logged in your Happyrobot instance so that you can easily access real-time information on the offers carriers have made for specific lanes. Why should you care? • You're getting real-time insights into actual options made by carriers • You can understand price ranges across lanes for better decision-making • And you can keep track of vetted carriers who have previously shown interested in specific lanes. If you're thinking "outbound carrier sourcing" after reading this, you're right on the money. Now that we're capturing ALL carrier options that come into your phone system, you have a ton more capacity data that you can leverage to cover freight in the future. You can now use Happyrobot to call those carriers that showed interest in the past on a certain load. What's next? Right now, you'll only be seeing data from your own phone calls, but imagine if you could tap into our growing network of broker partners 😯 Reach out if you wanna opt in to access this beta program 🚀 #logistics #carrierprofiles #innovation #supplychain #capacitytool #freighttech #automation #fraudprevention #realtime #loadcoverage

When I first joined Happyrobot and saw the demo of our AI agents mastering carrier sales, I was blown away! 🚛🤖 At Happyrobot, we're not just building AI assistants; we’re transforming logistics. Our AI handles the basics like check calls and payment updates effortlessly, but the real game-changer? It tackles the complex world of carrier sales. Carrier sales is no small feat. It’s more than just industry knowledge – like knowing the difference between skidded and non-skidded coils. It’s about negotiation, reading between the lines, and having those tough conversations. Our AI has nailed this, helping your team close more loads while focusing on strategic relationships. The results are incredible: our customers are covering 25% more loads per rep each month, ensuring 100% call coverage, and boosting profit margins by 10%. Plus, getting started is a breeze—implementation takes less than a week, and you’re ready to go. It’s exciting to be part of something that’s truly reshaping logistics, and we’re just getting started! 🚀 Here’s to a new era in logistics! Happy Monday! 🎉

Looking forward to this Eventual team!
Kicking off introductions for our Lessons from AI Founders Meetup! First we have Pablo Palafox, CEO & Co-Founder of Happyrobot 👋 Pablo did his robotics undergrad in Spain, then went to Munich to pursue his PhD in AI & Deep Learning at TUM. After a research internship at Meta, he dropped out of his PhD program to pursue startups with his cofounders Luis Paarup and Javi Palafox. They got into YC for the S23 batch and are now building the best platform to orchestrate AI agents for logistics. Join us on Thursday October 10 for From Data to Deployment: Lessons from AI Founders to hear about his experiences and insights! Super proud to team up with Transport Pro. Their customers have a bright future ahead with access to a hyperconnected system and a team dedicated to delivering amazing automations.
We’re proud to announce that our partner of the month is Happyrobot! We’ve been working closely with the Happyrobot team since spring 2024 to develop an AI-powered inbound carrier desk to help screen carrier calls from load board postings. Together, we’ve achieved over 100,000 calls. When Happyrobot is integrated with Transport Pro, the system will: 🤖 Ask the carrier for their MC/DOT 🤖 Vet the carrier by looking up their MC/DOT in Transport Pro 🤖 Ask for the load number and look it up in TP 🤖 Present more load information to sell the load 🤖 Negotiate the rate 🤖 Transfer the call to a live carrier sales rep if the offer is under max buy 🤖 Log the offer and end the call if the offer is not good enough Click the link to hear a live call: https://shorturl.at/dz0ox With this integration in place, our customers have seen a major reduction in the number of calls that a carrier sales rep needs to handle, up to 80-100 percent! This new technology is the way of the future for logistics. For more information, visit www.transportpro.net and www.happyrobot.ai. We just crossed a significant milestone in our AI application: we've completed over 100,000 AI driven calls. Next year, we project to do 5-10x that amount. In partnership with Happyrobot and Transport Pro we reduced the number of calls a person needs to handle by 80-100% in every use case. Not only that, but: -Our carrier relationships grew stronger -We reduced risk and prevented fraud -100% of calls were answered 24/7 with no hold time, even during peak call volumes -Consistent negotiation patterns resulted in 10% higher margins -We found ways to use this to drive new sources of revenue -American jobs were created -Unique data was captured from every call to improve stakeholder profiles -5x ROI +unit economics at an all time high Having a AI and RPA strategy and investment in your company is a must to remain competitive. We’ve already deployed AI in multiple departments and use cases that will continue to free up employees to focus on more meaningful work. I’ve heard the push to “hit the phones hard today” in freight brokerage for almost 15 years, and the fact is times have changed. People don’t want to use the phone today the way that they used to. In the modern era, the phone should be used to build relationships, not just to exchange data. Cheers to the teams at Happyrobot, Circle Logistics, Inc, Transport Pro- you guys are all stars for making this happen. We'll be demoing and discussing more about this technology at the TIA (Transportation Intermediaries Association) Technovations conference in Florida on October 16th during a panel with Pablo Palafox, Kenneth Kloeppel, and Cassandra Gaines if you want to learn more. Should we begin taking bets on when my AI talks to your AI? #AI #freight #logistics #innovation

Are you polite to chatbots? Pablo Palafox, CEO of Happyrobot, explains how he's learned to communicate with them more directly, while Blythe likes to say "please" and "thank you" just in case.
