This month, our Disability Advocacy & Awareness ERG, led by me, hosted a powerful speaker and Disability advocate, Tinamarie Duff - Martin, to mark the end of National Disability Employment Awareness Month. This year's theme of NDEAM, 'Access to Good Jobs for All,' resonates deeply with our company's guiding principles.
At Tandym, we covered common misconceptions in the workplace, strategies for facilitating a more inclusive and accessible interview structure for our candidates, and facilitating conversations with those in hiring positions on ways to attract top talent with disabilities to their workforce.
We have also underscored the company's unwavering commitment to providing accessible resources. We believe that these resources are crucial in ensuring that everyone, regardless of their abilities, can thrive in our workplace.
