About us
Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style. We’re constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact—and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale, be profitable, and do good in the world—without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal. Glasses, sunglasses, contacts, and eye exams—we’ve got your eyes covered. Shop prescription eyewear starting at $95 online or find a store near you at warbyparker.com Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. As of 2020, over eight million pairs have been distributed—and we’re only just getting started. Learn more at warbyparker.com/buy-a-pair-give-a-pair. At Warby Parker, our goal is to create a workplace where employees can think big, have fun, and drive growth and innovation. One of the ways we foster this is through our annual Hackathon! Over the course of three days, team members across departments come together to build new, innovative technologies to help solve customer and business problems. Fun fact: Over the years, we’ve implemented many Hackathon ideas throughout our business. This year was our biggest Hackathon yet, with 10 teams competing and presenting a range of projects. They tackled everything from building new tools for our retail team members to optimizing our lab systems, devising backend payment hacks, and even designing a video game. Congrats to all of our participants and winners!

I finally accomplished a goal I've been wanting for awhile, I HAVE ART IN MY HOME CITY! One of my favorite clients Warby Parker commissioned me to create art for their new store in Huntsville, Alabama. I created 20 illustrations that reflect the city and the south in general... warm, welcoming, and family + community oriented. I was actually finishing this project while I was home in June, and had the chance to really take in the city from a different lens. I incorporated places + architecture that have been apart of my childhood forever. While I'm so grateful to have art in major cities, the south raised me. Huntsville is HOME, and the people in the city still support me to this day. I'm so happy to finally have a piece of my creative spirit there. If you're in Huntsville, check out the new store in Bridgestreet and send me pics. A big thank you to Warby Parker for thinking of me for this.

“Building a business is frankly an emotional rollercoaster.” bit.ly/3yOWOl Most of the time, work should be all business and not personal. That can be a relief when you think your boss is crazy, resent your coworker for dropping the ball on a project, or say too much at the company happy hour. The only snag is when you happen to be in business with your best friend. That’s the challenge for Dave Gilboa and Neil Blumenthal, the co-founders and co-CEOs of direct-to-consumer glasses juggernaut Warby Parker. The two pals met in business school and have been in business together for almost 15 years. Read more here: bit.ly/3yOWOls
