How SNOMED CT will be used
SNOMED CT will be the key component to develop this international standard delivery system Integration of DICON, LONIC, ICD 10, etc. Recording of clinical diagnosis, observations, procedures, pharmacy related activities up to billing. Digitization, storage and communication of different categories of Medical service providers including Hospitals.
Why SNOMED CT will be used
There is no alternative to SNOMED CT as on date with regards to its simplicity and brilliance. This is also helping us to adhere to the Govt. of India health policy norms which is targeted to provide good to all the countrymen.
