Definitely an upgrade all aspects!
Same format as S1, 3 girls - a continuation of the kouhai (which was nice), a tsundere landlord's magomusume, and a ex-gymnast otonari-san.
Everything had a upgrade - artwork, animation, the panning fanservice close ups, OP/ED music, the girls, top notch seiyuu, in particular the timeline and progress of the relationship. S1 was more on falling in love stages, whilst S2 is more focused, less uncertain and more on romantic courtship. And again One Room does a good job thugging at the heartstrings of male youths - bringing out the "knight in shiny armor" you through the interactions with the lovely girls.
This time around I really enjoy my time with all 3 girls, couldn't decide who to ship, am pleasantly happy & cheered up with its simple plot and the great feeling it produced. Satisfied with the conclusion but a S3 is definitely welcomed
All in, good short watch that will boost your mood up. Must watch if you did S1. 7/10 this time for me.
