This anime was really best in the season. Idea of the people very often inficted by the 'rust' is good. Goverment is pupeteer and people are puppets. The areas are covered by the sands and cities have walls where people are checked. Almost nobody live behind the walls of the cities (only murders, main character and weirdos). This post-apocalyptic world is made very interesting
Anyone could expect that Bisco will use guns but he use bow and arrows covered in the rust. That's make it more interesting.

A fun and creative story that, sadly, suffers from the lack of time. This forces it to introduce and solve its problems in the same episode and move through things with no time to breathe. That said, the amount of effort packed in to combat this is admirable. Things are desperately trying to flow and make sense even when this seems like a herculean task. It has a number of screenshot-worthy shots, too, and the voice acting hits the mark. Overall, this gives out the energy of an old cult film and so, my monkey brain is in love.
