With animation that looks like old Flash videos from 2010, it's certainly not that appealing at first glance. However, I found it strangely intriguing and aside from the absurd plot, it managed to instill curiosity in me and I actually enjoyed watching this series. Just leave your expectations at the door.
Over the course of the episodes you learn more about Sataka's condition and situation while his interaction with the other characters move the story forward bit by bit until the pieces fall (fulfillingly) into place. That said, it's certainly not going to appeal to the larger audience and the story only gains real traction about halfway through.
