This series of Sailor Moon didn't bring almost anything new to the saga. It uses the same pattern as previous series for action parts and storyline and it even repeats the same mistakes. Due all this the show is found to be boring quite quickly and its story isn't helping it too much. The main difference of this series when compared to the others is that main focus is on Chibiusa instead of Usagi and thus we have somehow almost new 'so to say' heroine. Another contribution of this series to the saga can be considered an introduction of one of the most funny enemies. Even the ending isn't as good as I would expect from Sailor Moon and is rather weak. The weakest series of Sailor Moon so far ... at least for me. If you're a fan of Sailor Moon, you won't mind and enjoy it as well if you're a small girl. Otherwise it'll be quite difficult not to drop it even before the middle of the show.

This season of Sailor Moon is half-decent, but it has several flaws. I personally don't mind the story being centered around Chibi-usa. However, semi-main enemies and monsters of the day are totally non-serious, they even behave in the circus/clown fashion, so every fight between sailor soldiers and monsters of the day lacks serious action. The plot is a bit monotone, unlike other seasons where there were several continous objectives.
