Pathons were a sentient species living on the planet Pathon in the Delta Quadrant.

The Pathons were largely humanoid, but with three arms and three eyes. They were also telepathic to a certain extent, able to read thoughts. Each individual was issued an ID tab at birth, which was used to gather and maintain census information. Their society by the 24th century was pre-industrial and agrarian, with their primary crops being karlak and mak'a, and the species as a whole was unaware of alien life. (VOY short story: "Touched")
