For the starbase originally numbered 210 in the 23rd century, see Starbase 210 (23rd century)

Starbase 210 was a Federation starbase operated by Starfleet in the 24th century. In 2366, Admiral Davies assumed command of the starbase.

In late 2368, the USS Enterprise-D traveled to Starbase 210 after being contaminated by a silicon-based clay lifeform from the planet Phaedra. With no method of removing the contamination initially available, Admiral Davies ordered the ship evacuated and then ordered her self destruction. Thankfully, a method was developed to revert the organisms to their original form, and the Enterprise spent the next two weeks at the starbase undergoing repairs. (TNG novel: Grounded)
