The Gamma Quadrant is one of 4 quadrants in the Milky Way. It is home to the Dominion and accessible from the Alpha Quadrant via the Bajoran wormhole. The Dominion is the only known major power in the region.

The Idran System from “Operation Gamma”
The Gamma Quadrant is dominated by the Dominion and its subject species. Exploration has taken place around the Idran end of the Bajoran wormhole but is not as extensive as other quadrants.

The Gamma Quadrant was added as a playable area with the release of Victory is Life in June 2018. The map includes 20 sectors largely based around Dominion space and other systems near the Idran end of the Bajoran Wormhole.

Gamma Quadrant Battlezone[]
Gamma Quadrant map doubles up as a sector-based battlezone. Across the quadrant, alerts will trigger for hotspots where the Hur'q are active. At those hotspots, operations will trigger for players to engage the Hur'q to earn rewards and progress the battlezone.
General information[]
Loriss 4 explains the main goal in the Gamma Quadrant Battlezone.
Participate in skirmishes against the Hur'q, shown on your sector map. If the Hur'q are defeated in enough skirmishes before time runs out, this will trigger a special encounter and bonus rewards for everyone!

Progression in the battlezone is server-wide. Completion of all queues opens up the Hur'q attack.
Skirmish Phase[]
Players can join the following skirmishes:

If the skirmish is successfully completed, player will receive 10 
and 480 
. If the skirmish fails, player receives 5 and 480 . Progress in the progress bar only increases if the skirmish was successful but the actual progress depends on several factors, like time remaining and optional objectives (when applicable).
When all the operations have been completed, players will receive a final reward for the Skirmish Phase based on their participation. Personal Reward Progress meter can be checked at any time during the Skirmish Phase by opening the area map.

Player's final rewards will vary depending on participation.
Final Assault Phase[]
Go to the Founder homeworld and fight in skirmishes against the Hur'q. The more skirmishes that you win, the more rewards you will get.
When all the operations have been completed the “Final Hur'q Assault on Empersa” skirmish will trigger.
If the skirmish is successfully completed, player will receive 10 , 1 
and 480 . If the skirmish fails, player receives 5 , 1 and 480 .
After fifteen minutes run out, players will receive a final reward for the Final Assault Phase based on their participation. Personal Reward Progress meter can be checked at any time during the Final Assault Phase by opening the area map.
