Lieutenant Q'on, member of House of Noggra[1] , is a Klingon officer found in the Great Hall in First City. He is a member of Klingon Temporal Intelligence, and serves as a guide to players during the Delta Recruitment Event.

- “Midnight”: Q'on is present in the conference room on Kyana Research Station before the Iconian Resistance commences its last briefing of the Iconian War.
- “Time and Tide”: Q'on is present in 2769 to witness the signing of the Temporal Accords.
- “Ragnarok”: Q'on participates in the Battle of Procyon V, and is present at Chekov's briefing.
