Join the fight against rogue time travelers in a struggle to protect and preserve the galactic timeline.
The Yesterday's War story arc is a chain of cross-faction missions available to all factions.
The Iconian War has ended, but a rise in usage of temporal technology during the war will have everlasting repercussions. You have been summoned by the designated Temporal Officer to join Agent Daniels in maintaining what has been recorded as proper timeline.
But many are rising up to fight the "true timeline" the Alliance is enforcing. An unknown individual, only known as Envoy, is uniting them under the banner of Temporal Liberation Front. Captains will have to fight across multiple centuries and universes to prevent the temporal anomalies and incursions caused by the TLF.

- Prior to the revamp of the Mission Journal in Season 15, missions from this story arc were unlocked after player reached a certain power level. “The Once and Future Agent” and “The Core of the Matter” were unlocked with Level 20 (which usually coincided with the end of the Klingon War story arc), “Vorgon Conclusions” with Level 43 (following the completion of Cardassian Struggle), and “Terminal Expanse” with Level 50 (after the Borg Advance).
- Both Temporal Ambassador and Survivor were originally part of other story arcs (Klingon War and New Frontiers respectively) but were relocated to Yesterday's War as part of Season 15.
