Carmine (カーマイン Kāmain) is Magenta's confidant and his chauffeur employed by the Red Ribbon Army through its front company Red Pharmaceuticals.
He is a secondary antagonist in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
Appearance[]
Characterized by his overly tall height, obnoxiously large pompadour, glasses, and red suit. He also carries a red umbrella with the Red Ribbon Army logo.
Personality[]
Carmine is a very cold, calculating man who is very level-headed and confident in helping Magenta rebuild the Red Ribbon Army and restoring it to greatness in their plans for world domination. He is extremely loyal to Magenta and his goals, and they seem to hold each other in high regards and respect one and other, unlike Commander Red and Staff Officer Black. However, Carmine is also incredibly heartless and murderous as he likes tormenting his captives and humiliating them and is willing to kill children, especially Pan.
After accidentally being brought to Beerus' Planet and witnessing the strength of Goku, Gohan and the other Saiyans firsthand, Carmine's loyalty to the Red Ribbon Army was eventually overcome by pragmatism, and he decided to turn over a new leaf by abandoning the Red Ribbon Army's cause and deciding to continue Red Pharmaceuticals as a legitimate business, recognizing that as long as the Dragon Team was around, world domination was a pipe dream.

Dragon Ball Super[]
Super Hero Saga[]
Carmine makes his first appearance when meeting Magenta at Red Pharmaceuticals. He relays to him information he has obtained on Dr. Hedo, telling him that he is in prison and assures the president that they will grab him in three months' time when he is released. Three months later when Hedo is released, Magenta and Carmine, as the chauffer, greet him outside. After Hedo refuses Magenta's offer to join up with the Red Ribbon Army, Carmine pulls out a gun on him though Hedo waves off the threat entirely.
Carmine continues to be at Magenta's side over the following months until Gohan appears at the Red Ribbon Army Base looking for his kidnapped daughter, Pan. After Gohan and Piccolo gain an advantage over the Gamma androids, Magenta rushes off to the underground laboratory in order to activate Cell Max. Carmine follows alongside him until Pan takes chase after the two of them. Carmine tells his boss to go ahead as he attempts to stop Pan by using a Gun. However Gamma 2, witnessing the event, disarms Carmine and Pan promptly knocks him out.
Following the death of his boss and the destruction of Cell Max, an injured Carmine along with a handful of Red Ribbon Army members escape the destroyed Red Ribbon Army base. After being asked by Soldier Number 15 what he plans to do, Carmine voices his intention to return to Red Pharmaceuticals. Some time later, on the way back from Magenta's funeral, Carmine and Soldier 15 discuss the future of the Red Ribbon Army. Carmine determines that while they still have their funds and research, there is no point in them continuing operations while Gohan and Piccolo, the two they believe responsible for destroying Cell Max and causing the latest downfall of the army, remain active.
Getting caught up in traffic they find Saiyaman X-1 and Saiyaman X-2 making easy work of several bank robbers. Carmine, impressed by their display of strength, approaches the two and offers a chance to speak. At the local pizza parlour, Carmine tells the two that he would like them to beat up a bad guy and offers payment in return. Trunks turns down the money and the two voice their uncertainty in tackling the mission, not believing it to be very heroic. Carmine eventually ropes them in after making out the two are turning down the opportunity due to fear of facing their foe, causing the two to take the bait and accept the mission to prove themselves.
Carmine takes Trunks and Goten to Gohan's House by car, making him out to be the evil bad guy that needs defeating. Carmine gets out of the car and starts shooting at the house causing Gohan to come rushing out. After recognising both Carmine and Soldier 15, Gohan angrily transforms back into his Beast state, believing that they are there to kidnap his daughter again. When Goku arrives to check in on his son, Carmine and Soldier 15 attempt to leave but Goku instead uses Instant Transmission to teleport the car containing the two along with Gohan, Goten and Trunks to Beerus' Planet where they unfortunately can do nothing but watch the sparring sessions taking place.
After the hectic session is over, Carmine is returned to Earth where he gives up on the idea of continuing the Red Ribbons operations, deciding to instead work on developing drugs under Red Pharmaceuticals.
