Fleet Deflector Arrays are Deflector Arrays with special modifiers that are available for requisition through the Fleet Starbase and Fleet Colony World. They are purchased at Ultra Rare quality, but can be upgraded like a standard Deflector.

Advanced Fleet Deflector Arrays[]
- (Improves Control Effects/Resistance to the Same)
- (Improves Control Effects/Resistance to the Same)
- (Improves Stealth and Cloaking)
- (Improves Shield Healing)
Advanced Deflector Arrays are similar to standard deflector arrays, but come already at Ultra Rare quality with 4 modifiers, one of which is special and cannot be found on the standard deflectors:
- [EPS], which boosts Starship Electro-Plasma System Flow
- [WepAcc], which boosts Starship Weapon Accuracy
- [DefMan], which boosts Starship Defensive Maneuvering
These deflectors are available from a Fleet Starbase with a Communications Array at Tier II. They each cost 10,000 10,000. The Dilithium Store Discounts from the Fleet Dilithium Mine apply to these purchases; with Dilithium Store Discount III, the Dilithium cost is reduced to 8500.

Elite Fleet Deflector Arrays[]
- (Improves Hull Healing)
- (Improves Detection of Cloaked Ships)
Unlike the Advanced Deflector Arrays, Elite Deflector Arrays are unique new types, with different innate stat boosts compared to the standard deflectors. In addition, they each have a special [SciCD] modifier that improves the speed at which Science bridge officer abilities recharge.
- Fleet Fermion Deflector Arrays are designed for defensive ships with an emphasis on hull integrity.
- Fleet Axion Deflector Arrays are designed for fast, mobile ships with an emphasis on offense.
- The description on the both types states "Fleet Enhanced Deflector Arrays utilize new technology to attempt to automatically repair the ship's hull when it sustains damage.", but this is a mistake; that description was only intended for the Fermion Deflectors, not the Axion ones.
These deflectors are available from a Fleet Starbase with a Communications Array at Tier IV. They each cost 14,000 15,000. The Dilithium Store Discounts from the Fleet Dilithium Mine apply to these purchases; with Dilithium Store Discount III, the Dilithium cost is reduced to 12,750.

Elite Fleet Protomatter Deflector Arrays[]
- (Improves Starship Maximum Hit Points)
- (Improves Speed and Turn Rate)
Like the Starbase Elite Fleet Deflector Arrays, The Colony World Elite Deflector Arrays are unique new types, with different innate stat boosts compared to the standard deflectors. In addition, they each have a special [ColCrit] modifier that improves your Critical Hit chance and critical severity based on your ship's current hull integrity.
- Fleet Preservation Protomatter Deflector Arrays are designed for defensive ships with an emphasis on survivability and maneuverability.
- Fleet Intervention Protomatter Deflector Arrays are designed for offensive ships with an emphasis on fighting heavily shielded foes while remaining mobile.
These deflectors are available from a Fleet Colony World with Renewable Energy at Tier III. They each cost 14,000 15,000. The Dilithium Store Discounts from the Fleet Dilithium Mine apply to these purchases; with Dilithium Store Discount III, the Dilithium cost is reduced to 12,750.
