Basaku (バサーク), the Saiyan Berserker, is a Earthling who utilizes the advanced time travel technology of the Dragon Ball Heroes machines, allowing him to become a Saiyan.[1][2]

Saiyan Berserker is a playable Saiyan avatar in Dragon Ball Heroes.

Overview[]

Appearance[]

His appearance is similar to that of Gotenks, with his hairstyle the same as Raditz's and while possessing facial features strongly resembling Vegeta. In his original outfit, he wears yellow pants and a black waist cloak secured by a purple belt, along with yellow arm bands, purple wrist bands, and black boots with purple accents.

His Class-up outfit consists of black Battle Armor with dull yellow shoulder and crotch guards along with the armbands from his previous outfit, black armored fingerless gloves, tight black pants, a yellow waist cape, purple leg wraps, and black armored boots with a light gray toe cap.

His Super Class-up outfit switches out his traditional armor for a black and gray armored jumpsuit with white lining and dull yellow guards on his shoulders and the sides of his legs. His gloves from his previous outfit now have fingers, and his boots now have a dull yellow toe cap.

For his God Class-up outfit, Basaku goes back to more traditional armor that is white with a dull yellow stomach plate, plus black side panels and small black hip guards. He also wears a black jumpsuit with the same gloves and boots from his previous form, though the boots now have white lines going up to the knees.

In his Super God Class-up and Ultimate Class-up Sign outfits, Basaku wears a black sleeveless jumpsuit with a black vest with white edges secured by a purple obi, black arm and leg bands with white edges, black fingerless gloves and black shoes.

In his human form from Victory Mission, he wears a tank top with kanji on it, camo cargo pants and black boots.

  • A custom character that is identical to the Berserker appears in the opening for Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi, along with a character similar to Beat.
  • Just as the Saiyan Hero Avatar bares a strong resemblance to Goku, the Berserker carries a strong resemblance to Vegeta. In Victory Mission, Basaku shares many traits with Vegeta, including his physical appearance and arrogant personality.
  • In Victory Mission, Basaku can be seen wearing a shirt with the words "Cool Guy" printed on the back. This could loosely be a reference to Vegeta's pink shirt, which had "Bad Man" printed on the back.
