Features and benefits[]
- All accounts received an extra Character Slot during the first run of this event.
- Delta Recruits have a temporary bonus trait, Delta Recruit, which awards Dilithium for the player's entire team upon defeating enemies. This Trait is only active during a Delta Recruitment Event.
- Delta Recruits are able to quickly fill the gap between themselves and high-level characters.
- Delta Recruits played a story which is parallel to that of their faction, with unique goals. Guided by faction-specific Temporal Agents who aimed to prepare them for the coming Iconian War, Delta Recruits are tasked with learning all they can about the Iconians through various additional mission steps marked with a symbol. These objectives would lead to a point of interest containing valuable Iconian Information or Technology.
- This was represented by the Delta Recruit Window, a new UI element in the mission tracker. This UI is accessible to Delta Recruits by using the [Tesseract Communications Receiver].
- During the first six weeks of the event in 2015, there were server-wide goals to which only Delta Recruits could contribute. Successful completion of these goals unlocked server-wide bonuses for the subsequent week. During the event's subsequent returns, the server-wide bonuses were not re-run. - ↑ The "Klingon War" reward pack grants slightly more rewards as the story arc was longer than other arcs when the event initially ran. Most of the episodes within "Klingon War" were removed with Season Fifteen: Age of Discovery, though the reward box remained unchanged.
- ↑ Requires a Klingon Delta Recruit to complete the "Cardassian Struggle" arc. The name "Dominion Domination" is a hold over from the 2015 version of the event.
- ↑ Prior to the 2021 Delta Recruitment update, this arc was required for all Delta Recruits. Previously a part of story progression, "Wasteland" was removed from the Federation and Klingon main storylines and sidelined with Season Fifteen: Age of Discovery. It remains a part of the Romulan main storyline - this story arc objective can now only be completed by Romulan Recruits despite being labelled (All Factions) in Account Reclaim.

Event updates and notes[]
- This event has been remastered as of April 15, 2021. Missions no longer included in the main episodes have their recruit objectives removed, with new objectives added to missions from the New Romulus, Solanae Dyson Sphere and Delta Quadrant story arcs. The Delta Recruit story comes full circle with the on-screen date still remaining as "June, 2410. One year from now...", but the location that it takes place is changed from “Cold Storage” to “Butterfly”. The introduction and conclusion cutscenes have been remastered and further rewards have been added from reaching Level 60 and completing Admiralty assignments. In addition, reputation marks awarded during completion of objectives have also been updated.
- Prior to the event update, for KDF players, the mission “Temporal Ambassador” was still counted as part of the Vigilance story arc for the purposes of completing story arc milestones. With the release of Season Twenty: House Divided and the removal of the Vigilance story arc, players could not claim or reclaim the story arc reward. The 2021 Delta Recruit update has since removed Vigilance and repurposed its rewards.
- As part of the Cardassian Struggle arc revamp, released with Season Eleven: New Dawn on October 27, 2015, two cross-faction missions with Delta Recruit objectives, “The Long Night” and “Crack in the Mirror”, were removed from the game. Their objectives were added to the missions “Spoils of War” and “The Factory”.
