This section of the guide to GreedFall contains a collection of tips on how to access seemingly inaccessible places. This can be, for example, the interior of a building or a ledge located farther away. The most important thing here are various talents.

Invisible walls

GreedFall has a lot of invisible walls. If your character came across an invisible obstacle, then, unfortunately, you can't do anything about it. It is just information from the authors that they didn't plan anything there.

The same can happen when you reach the outskirts of a region. In this case, look for the globe icon on the map symbolizing a place where you can plan a trip to other regions.

Destructible walls

You can destroy only those walls that display the relevant information - an example of such a wall is presented in the picture above.

To destroy a weakened wall, you need to meet two requirements. The first is to unlock Science talent that is the one related to the widely understood alchemy. The first level of this talent is enough.

The second requirement is the Alchemical Preparation of Elemental Damage item, a kind of a bomb that causes elemental damage upon explosion. The bomb can be obtained in two ways:

1. Buy a ready-to-use bomb from a trader - it should cost about 50 gold.
2. Craft one using a workbench - you must develop Science to level 2 and also get certain alchemical ingredients - 3x Pine Resin and 2x Dragonblood Resin.

Narrow beams

Some places can be reached by walking on narrow beams that require balancing - an example of such an object is presented in the picture above.

By default, you can't walk on a beam. You must unlock the Vigor talent. Simply unlock the first level.

Places where you can jump

Another type of obstacle are shelves to which you have to jump. It is worth noting that you can't jump whenever you want to, only in those places where the game provides such an option. The game informs you about the option to jump - the picture above shows an example.

Again, you need to unlock the Vigor talent, but this action requires level 2. Buy the basic version of this talent first, and then its first improvement.
