The Xindi-Reptilian Sistruus-class Escort is a Tier 6 Escort which may be flown by characters of any faction. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.
Players can obtain this starship from the Lobi Crystal Consortium for 900 . The boxed ship is not bound and so may be traded to other players or bought and sold on the Exchange for energy credits under the name [Special Requisition Pack - Xindi-Reptilian Sistruus Escort [T6]].
This ship could also be purchased as an account-unlock from the Zen Store as a possible choice from the Mudd's Faith of the Heart Choice Pack as part of "Mudd's Market", available from August 4, 2020. Like all items in the Market, the Bundle periodically goes on massive discounts (upwards of 50% during special promotional sales).
Overview[]
The Xindi-Reptilian Sistruus-class Escort is an upgrade to the old Contortrix-class vessels in use by the Xindi since at least the 22nd century. The Contortrix class has long been a last line of defense of the Xindi people. These nimble escorts are capable of holding their own in battle against modern aggressors, but are usually held in reserve for coordinated hit-and-run strikes, while allowing the larger Briostrys-class Aquatic Dreadnoughts to patrol their borders against aggressive threats.

The Xindi-Reptilian Sistruus Escort comes equipped with the [Console - Universal - Enhanced Xindi Weapon Platform].
This ability is part of the Experimental Weaponry Set, which also includes [Console - Universal - Enhanced Cascade Resonance Catalyst], [Console - Universal - Infectious Bio-Matter Generator] and [Console - Universal - Subspace Kemocite Deployment] obtainable with Xindi-Aquatic Briostrys Dreadnought Carrier (T6), Xindi-Insectoid Olaen Heavy Strike Wing Escort (T6) and Xindi-Primate Ateleth Dreadnought Cruiser (T6), but also equippable on the Xindi-Reptilian Sistruus Escort. For each console added after the first, an additional passive bonus is unlocked.
Experimental Weapon[]
The Xindi-Reptilian Sistruus-class Escort comes with an Experimental Weapon slot. This additional slot does not fit standard weapons. Unlike standard starship weapons, Experimental weapons are not affected by weapon firing modes, such as those granted by bridge officer abilities. The Xindi-Reptilian Sistruus Escort comes with the unique [Experimental Proton Charge Mk XII] which launches a seeking proton charge that detonates for area damage.
