On this page of the Elden Ring guide, you can find a list of all Sites of Grace in the Ainsel River region. You can get to this region by using the Ainsel River Well.
Among other things, Sites of Grace serve as checkpoints. If you die, you will respawn at the Site of Grace with which you have most recently interacted with.
While exploring the underground region of the Ainsel River, you will be able to discover 6 Sites of Grace.
There are several ways to get to the Ainsel River. The first is to use the Ainsel River Well, which is located in the eastern part of Liurnia of the Lakes.
However, a golem archer is guarding the entrance. After defeating it, all you have to do is go inside the well and take the elevator down.
The second way to reach a different part of the Ainsel River is to defeat the Valiant Gargoyle boss.
After interacting with the coffin, you will get to the Deeproot Depths, where you will find another coffin that will take you to the Ainsel River.
Another way to get there is to continue Ranni's quest. After giving her the Fingerslayer Blade, which is in Nokron, or more specifically in the Night's Sacred Ground, behind the church. Handing her this item will open a teleport in Renna's Rise that will transport you to the Ainsel River.
