On this page of the Elden Ring guide, you can find a list of all Sites of Grace in the Leyndell region. Reaching the capital, however, requires two Great Runes - Radahn's Great Rune or Godrick's Great Rune.
Among other things, Sites of Grace serve as checkpoints. If you die, you will respawn at the Site of Grace with which you have most recently interacted with.
While exploring the Leyndell region, you will be able to discover 25 Sites of Grace.
Leyndell is a royal capital that has two different layouts. Initially, Leyndell is easy to explore since you will be able to get to many of its locations. However, after defeating the boss named Maliketh, the Black Blade, the capital will be buried and many locations will be cut off.
Therefore, before fighting Maliketh, it is worth exploring Leyndell in 100%.
