Can you finish the game without killing anybody?
The short answer is "yes". Vampyr can be finished without killing anyone. There are a few catches, though:
- Without drinking blood, Jonathan will miss loads of XP. Drinking blood from some characters can yield as much as 6000 XP, which is a serious boost. The game is practically begging you to do it.
- Although things will be more difficult this way, you can mitigate this by completing some side activities - investigations, collecting clues, etc.
- More importantly: you have to make sure your crafting is top-notch and keep upgrading your weapons. It's particularly important to access the enhancement that gives you blood points for dealing damage.
- Another important thing is using your XP for strong skills. More about that in the next chapter, entitled "How to create a strong character?"
