For other uses, see Australia.

The USS Australia (NCC-1752) was a Federation starship, an Excelsior-class cruiser in Starfleet service in the 23rd and 24th century.

Service history and disposition[]

During an era of militaristic tension, Australia was initially equipped as a battlecruiser (BCJ in the New Jersey-subclass) in the 2280s and/or 2290s decades. (ST video games: Starfleet Command, Starfleet Command II: Empires at War, Starfleet Command: Orion Pirates)

By the 24th century, Australia had been modified for service as a fleet cruiser, in active service around the year 2378. (ST video game: Starfleet Command III)

No specific history or definitive final fate was established for this vessel as its name was randomly selected for a battlecruiser by the SFC games' software, and is placed randomly each time the ship appears.
