The USS Roma (NCC-2010) was an Excelsior-class Federation starship active in the late 23rd century.

This ship was built in the Littorio Shipyards orbiting Nova Italia in 2285, and she was the flagship of Battle Group 3 during the Venturi Incident. Her first and only commander to date was Captain Anne B. Trava.

This ship and her crew were used in some of the Starfleet Academy bridge crew training simulations for the Class of 2288, and as such the ship lost her warp nacelles due to engine troubles in a simulated mission, requiring the Constitution-class starship USS Agincourt to tow her to a repair facility. (TOS video game: Starfleet Academy)

This ship was seen in-game with the given name and registry number clearly written on her hull, and her nacelles rather interestingly "broke off" during a simulated mission from the game's expansion pack, Starfleet Academy: Chekov's Lost Missions.
